NILO · A LITTLE GUIDANCE

Is NILO
right for you?

Start with your everyday listening. Explore how NILO could fit your life—and what to consider before choosing.

For adults 18+ with perceived mild to moderate hearing loss.

01 / YOUR LISTENING

It’s often the little moments.

Think about what you want to feel easier. Following a familiar voice? Joining in around the table? Keeping up with dialogue?

01

One-to-one conversations

You can hear someone speaking, but following every word takes effort.

02

Around the table

When voices overlap, you lose parts of the conversation.

03

Watching together

You prefer the TV louder than the people watching with you.

Who NILO is designed for

NILO Air and Pro are designed for perceived mild to moderate hearing loss. Recognizing these situations can help you explore your options; it does not establish your hearing level or confirm that NILO is suitable for you.

02 / YOUR PREFERENCES

Comfort is personal.

Would you prefer an in-ear device or a behind-ear design? Consider what you feel comfortable wearing and handling.

NILO Air

In the ear

Prefer a compact device that sits inside your ear?

NILO Pro

Behind the ear

Prefer a behind-the-ear design with a small earpiece?

Simple to start.
No app required.

Prefer everyday listening without using your phone? Both NILO models have controls on the hearing aids. The app is optional.

03 / WHAT TO EXPECT

Does this approach
feel right for you?

Beyond the design, consider these three parts of owning hearing aids.

01

Get started at home.

Choose online and get familiar with NILO at home. Follow the setup guides, explore the controls and ask us for product help along the way.

02

Find your daily routine.

Consider how comfortable you feel inserting small devices, using their controls and caring for ear tips and wax filters. We can explain these everyday steps before you choose.

03

Give yourself time to adjust.

New sounds and your own voice may feel unfamiliar at first. Give yourself time to get used to wearing hearing aids. They do not restore normal hearing or remove every background sound; results vary.

GOOD GUIDANCE MATTERS

Not sure about your hearing needs?

A hearing care professional can assess your hearing and help you consider your options, especially if speech is difficult to hear even in a quiet room.

When should I see a doctor first?

Seek medical advice before choosing hearing aids if you have sudden or changing hearing loss, worse hearing or ringing in one ear, ear pain, discharge, dizziness, an unusual or injured ear, or suspected blockage. Sudden hearing loss needs prompt medical attention.
