Getting used to your own voice
Your voice may sound more present at first. The ear tip can change how it resonates in your ear. A comfortable fit matters; ask for advice if the sensation remains bothersome.
Noticing everyday sounds
Small sounds, such as keys or running water, may stand out more. Getting used to them varies from person to person. Lower the volume if sounds feel uncomfortably loud or sharp, and ask for advice if it persists.

When does my trial start?
You purchase NILO at checkout, before the trial begins. Your 45 days start on delivery, so shipping time does not count toward your trial.
Can I use NILO during the trial?
Yes. Wear NILO in your everyday life and follow the care guide. Normal trial use, ordinary cosmetic wear, and use of the supplied ear tips and wax filters are accepted without a deduction.
How do returns work?
Within 45 days of delivery, email your return request and order number to contact@nilohearing.com. We’ll send a label and instructions. Send back the complete set within 7 calendar days of receiving them.
We issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days of our returns partner receiving your package. Your bank may need additional time.
For a change-of-mind return, the return-label cost is confirmed with you in advance and deducted from your refund.
